**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) PRODUCT MANAGER** , *MIT Professional Education (PE)* , to work closely with functional leaders, program teams, and subject matter experts in documenting business requirements, training materials, and conducting user acceptance testing across IT development, software integration, and configuration projects; and represent the interests of the CRM at governance meetings and throughout PE's business units.

Job Requirements

*REQUIRED* : B.A/B.S.; three years' business analyst/product manager experience developing detailed business and functional requirements, conducting user acceptance testing and end-user training, and managing a Salesforce environment; one year of project management and supervisory experience; experience developing requirements for CRM project or implementation; previous responsibility for point and click administration of mission-critical system (e.g., ERP, CRM, CMS, etc.); excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, documentation, interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills; success leading projects from beginning to end; willingness to seek new ideas and learn and adapt as priorities change; flexibility and adaptability; knowledge of monitoring budgets and reviewing financial transactions; and proficiency with project management tools. Must be able to build productive, collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels; drive technically complex projects into a simple user experience; meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests/priorities, and manage laterally and upwards; critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs; assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications/systems/processes; and make data-driven decisions. **Job #20857-8** 2/25/22
