The Building Maintenance Worker will perform a variety of maintenance duties relating to repair, cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical at their assigned property location. The Building Maintenance Worker will also provide general duties related to cleanliness and appearance of interior and exterior area of assigned property.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 3-5 years of experience in maintenance related field.

· Proficiency in use of electrical and hand tools

· Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

· Valid Motor Vehicle License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with the insurance carriers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
