As a Scooper , you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include enthusiastically greeting guests , providing menu recommendations , and maintaining a clean workspace . In return, you'll enjoy the opportunity to work with a fantastic team , learn about the dessert movement , and receive a 25% discount at New City and our sister companies.
But that's not all - we're also looking for Shift Leads to help us drive excellence in our operations. If you're a hands-on leader with experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment , we want to hear from you. As a Shift Lead , you'll supervise front-of-house operations , mentor scoopers , and ensure an unforgettable guest experience .
Here's the scoop on what we offer:

• Competitive pay : $15-$16 for Scoopers and $17-$18 plus tips for Shift Leads ( Tip game strong , adding $4-$10/hour extra to your pocket weekly)
