New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with disabilities, mental illness and brain injuries in residential settings in the west and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a part time Assisted Living Aide at our 8 person site located in Hastings, MN.

Available shifts weekdays and weekends, day, mid or evening shifts.

Duties include but are not limited to;

• ADL'S
• Medication administration
• Transportation
• Documentation
• Meal Prep
• Activities

All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.

Experienced applicants as a nursing assistant (CNA), personal care attendant (PCA) or home health aide (HHA) are encouraged to submit resumes.
