TITLE: PROGRAM SUPERVISOR
SUPERVISIOR: PROGRAM DIRECTOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Program Supervisor will monitor service delivery by daily observation of staff. He/She will be responsible for training staff assigned to the residential program site in the implementation of individual programs as they relate to service delivery. Assign trained staff to assist individuals with all aspects of their training. Ensure that all staff have a clear understanding of their job expectations. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the program site. This includes supervision and disciplinary matters as it relates to the Direct Support Person (DSP) always ensuring adequate coverage. The Program Supervisor also ensures the cleanliness of the residential program and reporting all needed repairs. They also ensure that all medical needs are met including proper medication administration and that medication and First Aid supplies are on hand. Adequately communicate to the Program Director the need to replenish or replace items. The Program Supervisor will also be responsible for securing monies from the Program Director for the daily operation of the residential site, individual's allowances, activities, gas, etc. and keeping adequate documentation of same.
The Program Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining all records of the individuals in a neat and orderly manner, ensuring that all reports and data are accurately completed by the established time. Scheduling staff for trainings or recertification as needed. The Program Supervisor will coordinate with the Program Director when applicable to assure all the above things are being carried out. The Program Supervisor supervises all activities, trainings, and meetings. He/She will also develop individual quarterlies, review reports, assist with conducting monthly staff meetings, attends CEO staff meetings, communicate with individual’s families and case managers as needed, conduct monthly staff observations and assist Program Director with conducting quarterly staff reviews and staff annual performance reviews.
The Program Supervisor is also required to communicate to the Program Director daily any needed changes, as they relate to the service delivery to the individuals or the operation of the residential program and carry out all other duties as assigned.

Pay: $35,568.00 - $40,000.00 per year
