Position Description:
The purpose of the Life Skills Coach is to promote clients’ self-advocacy and help youth, currently on probation, gain independence by instructing them on how to complete daily living activities. Some youth may have substance abuse history and/or emotional or behavioral challenges. The Life Skills Coach serves youth 14 and older in a variety of community and home settings.
Responsibilities
The Life Skills Coach adheres to and demonstrates Quality of Life core values, policies, procedures and compliance plan in the performance of all aspects of this position. Youth are served 5-10 hours per week. He or she will:
