Our Sales Associates create and maintain relationships with our customers in order to meet sales goals and represent the brand in a positive manner. We aim to ensure satisfied customers that come back over and over again!

A successful Sales Associate will have excellent knowledge of company products, professional communication skills, and high accuracy. The lead provides on-the-job training and supervision by monitoring sales associates' interactions with customers then provides feedback to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. No product experience is required, we will train YOU.

Duties include:

• Product Sales
• Customer Service
• Customer Education
• Cash Handling
• Inventory counting and tracking
• Product receiving and stocking shelves
• Maintain store cleanliness, which may include parking lot
• Daily and weekly logs, tasks, and reports
• Compliance with company policies and procedures
• Compliance with all regulatory guidance and/or laws
• Other duties as assigned by senior management

Successful Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent attendance record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to follow directions from senior staff
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends and evenings
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain good ethics, integrity, and professionalism
• Follow all safety requirements as trained

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
