As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or wireless sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology trends
