Nevada Health Centers is seeking a proactive and visionary Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead and oversee the development and execution of strategic priorities that support the organization’s growth and service enhancement goals. This role is critical for someone who can think critically, anticipate future trends and needs, and align strategic objectives with actionable business plans.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Implementation - Develop, implement, and lead key priorities that are aligned with the organization’s long-term strategic goals. Ensure these initiatives improve operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Leadership and Team Collaboration - Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and outcomes. Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication across different departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively communicate strategic initiatives and gain support from key stakeholders including the board of directors, senior leadership, and relevant external parties.

Performance Monitoring - Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, evaluate their impact, and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and challenges. Provide regular reports to the CEO and other executives on the status, risks, and outcomes of initiatives.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• Ability to foresee future trends and align them with organizational goals.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of conducting thorough analysis and translating data into actionable strategic plans.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and move various projects forward within a large organization.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt strategy and tactics quickly in response to new information
• Focused on achieving outcomes that promote the growth and effectiveness of the organization.

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
