We are looking for the best talent to work in our in-community weekly therapeutic services as a Licensed Behavioral Assistant. The program assists individuals with behavior modification and gaining socialization skills, and adaptive modalities necessary to function successfully in the home and community. Clinicians will provide services utilizing assigned Treatment Plans and Positive Behavior Supports. - Individual Support Plan development and implementation.
- Submission of weekly clinical progress notes, within 24 hours of service provision Intake Data Assessments.
- Compliance of service authorization, including time frames and service hours.
- Implement interventions in the Individual Support Plan.
- Must be willing to work with the child or youth to increase ADL (Assisted Daily Living) skills within their home as well as during community outings.
- Assist parent/guardian in the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention.
- Ensure all agency policies implemented and followed.
- Participate in required training.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum), Master’s degree preferred. Must be in one of the following related human/social services such as Social Work, Special Ed, Psychology, Guidance, Counseling, etc.
- 1-year experience in direct work with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
- Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
- Must consent to and pass a complete State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Welcome.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
