NeuroPath Behavioral Healthcare has immediate openings for Part-time Registered Behavioral Technicians throughout the state of New Jersey to provide weekly therapeutic services for Children with Developmental disabilities and intellectual challenges for counties in North &Central Jersey!!

What is Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare looking for in their employees?

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking highly motivated and qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will be responsible for providing treatment to Youth with behavioral and developmental disorders. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment while making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

- Competitive Hourly Rates: Starting at $25.00 per hour

- Long-term and short-term schedule flexibility. Part-time hours are anywhere from 2- 20 hours per week, depending on the number of referrals accepted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and develop interventions from Individual Support Plan
-environmental arrangement
-proactive strategies
-acquisition of functional skills (Including ADL’s – Activities of Daily Living)
-reduction of problem behaviors
- Weekly and per-shift submission of progress notes, data collection
- Compliance with service authorization timelines
- Assist/guide parent/guardian in following treatment plan under direction from Behavior Analyst
- Crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention
- Follow and implement agency policies
- Participate in required trainings
- In-home, In-community, In-center (Orange Twp)
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years experience in behavioral health -- direct work with individuals who have behavioral issues
- Valid NJ Driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
- Must consent to and pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks.
- Understanding of evidence-based interventions for individuals with behavioral and developmental disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual
