Growing Northern Virginia Medical Practice is looking for an organized and experienced Senior level Office Manager to join our company. This individual will have high level responsibility for clinical and support operations. This critical job requires excellent computer skills, experience in EHR functions and clinical operation functions, and the ability to improve systems and procedures. Human resource experience a plus for this leadership position. Excellent people skills, outstanding English language and writing skills, ability to give clear directions, multi-task, and ability to interact with and serve physicians is essential, Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel a plus. Job requires physical mobility, ability to travel to multiple locations, and strong positive management values. Medical experience preferred. Work days, Monday through Friday.
