Network Runners, Inc is seeking a Junior Business & Financial Operations Specialist for the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Mission Support (ITSMD). The IT Security & Management Division (ITSMD) primarily manages information security and admission’s relative to the various IT systems and programs. ITSMD is responsible for ensuring the program officers i.e., OMS Information Management Officers, the Senior Information Officer, Information Security Officer, and Liaison Privacy Officers within their respective programs comply with Federal Security and EPA policies, procedures, and standards of operations as appropriate.Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Assist more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- BA/BS degree
