Job Description:The Senior System Administrator (Project Support) Lead plays a pivotal role in the maintenance and enhancement of information systems essential for the operations of the EOIR. This leadership role requires not only advanced technical abilities in system administration but also the skills to oversee project support teams, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of service and efficiency. The Lead will operate under the guidance of the Program and Operations Managers, assisting in the coordination with the COR/GTMs to ensure staffing levels are met and maintained. It is critical for this role to uphold the technical and functional excellence in system operations to support all EOIR courts as specified by the contract requirements. The position requires maintaining current industry knowledge in systems administration and a commitment to the progression of the enterprise's infrastructure. The Senior System Administrator (Project Support) Lead will report status updates and issue resolution to Government leads as required. This position requires precise collaboration with the Service Desk Lead and Lead Field Site Administrators to align support efforts.

Requirements:•U.S Citizenship is required.•Candidate must have an Active Public Trust Clearance.•The position is onsiteQualifications and Skills:•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 8 years of related experience.•Proven experience in managing technical teams in a system administration capacity.•Advanced knowledge of complex enterprise system architectures and administration.•Exceptional organizational and technical leadership skills.•Strong verbal and written communication abilities.•Expert problem-solving and analytical skills.•Ability to function efficiently as a team leader and collaborator.•Must be familiar with ITIL or equivalent information system governance frameworks.Responsibilities:•Manage the project support team responsible for system administration tasks across all platforms within the organization.•Organize, supervise, and provide advanced technical guidance to the systems administration team, ensuring robust support to EOIR customers/users.•Analyze and resolve complex system administration issues while maintaining operational excellence.•Facilitate and maintain system lifecycle processes, including maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning in alignment with EOIR policies and industry best practices.•Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and implement enhancements to meet evolving needs.•Develop and implement operational processes, procedures, and documentation for systems administration tasks.•Record and manage operational activities, responding to data calls and reporting requirements as directed by the organization.•Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security requirements, and applicable regulations.•Conduct system audits and support third-party assessments as needed.•Support the successful execution of technology assignments and the transformation of technical services.•Advance customer service delivery capabilities through continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards.
