About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is looking for an IT Senior Compliance Analyst who will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of information security compliance and certification programs, working with cross-functional internal teams and external auditing agencies. The position will also support data protection, data privacy, and third-party vendor risk management functions.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead internal assessments and coordinate external compliance audits at planned intervals and on an ad hoc basis to evaluate and validate the design and operational effectiveness of security policies, standards, and internal controls to help reduce risk in the company
• Monitor open items from internal assessments and external compliance audits to ensure completion of remediation activities
• Support continuous monitoring processes to assess compliance with information security policies and standards as well as legal and regulatory compliance requirements
• Review and respond to information security questionnaires from current and prospective customers
• Facilitate our third-party vendor risk management program
• Assist with the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and end-user education efforts
• Develop compliance-related documentation and reports

What You Will Bring To The Table

• BA or BS degree in Business Administration, IT, Information Security, or a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience working in information security compliance and risk management functions
• 5 years of experience performing compliance activities in a corporate environment related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and various data privacy directives (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
• Experience supporting data privacy and third-party risk management programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Industry compliance certifications are a plus
• Experience within the IT managed services industry is a plus
