About The Opportunity

We seek a skilled data analyst with expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and data source connection through APIs, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, DAX, and M language. The successful candidate will be pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the Managed Services organization, specifically focusing on customer profitability, financial reporting, forecast modeling, and other critical business metrics.

How You Will Make An Impact

Transform raw data into structured information, analyze data to drive strategic decisions, enhance analytical and reporting functions, and supervise performance and quality assurance processes.

1. Data Visualization and Analysis:

a. Translate complex data sets into clear, concise visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

b. Design and build interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel.

2. Customer Reporting:

a. Create and deliver monthly customer reporting for Managed Services Customers

b. Explore best solutions to consolidate data from multiple data sources to provide a single report to customers on the basis of their agreed services.

c. Ensure reports at delivered on time and error-free.

3. Advanced Skills:

a. Leverage expert-level Excel skills to perform to deliver in-depth customer reporting.

b. Deliver automated reports to Customers and Stakeholders using Power BI paginated reports.

What You Will Bring To The Table

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

2. 2 – 3 years of minimum experience in data analysis, customer reporting, and data visualization.

3. Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support analysis and decision-making.

4. Strong problem-solving skills to help refine problem statements and solve them with the available data.

5. Experience with data cleansing and normalization.

6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

7. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
