We are hiring! In this role, you will have an opportunity to learn (or broaden) knowledge of sales and trade promotion management in areas across planning, forecasting, financial reporting, management reporting and period end close.
As the FP&A Analyst, you will support and engage heavily with division and field finance managers, NUSA Revenue Growth Management (RGM) leadership in process management and reporting to facilitate and optimize the day to day lives of RGM Stakeholders. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who will take initiative, learn quickly, exhibit strong prioritization, execution, and data management skills. An intermediate finance or accounting background is required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operational Forecasting Support/Reporting
    • Own and manage all reporting to support the monthly Operational Forecast (OF) Process.
    • Manage all model changes and deliver the monthly reporting to Division Sales Finance and leadership ensuring a high level of accuracy.
    • Participate in monthly meetings on business performance and ensure key action items are captured.
  • Sales Goals Allocation Process Management/Support
    • Own and manage the timelines and deliverables for the disaggregation of Category Level to the Account Level.
    • Assist in the build and maintenance of the Allocation Templates and working with Division finance to understand any necessary changes.
    • Drive process and consolidation of Account Level data with the Field Finance Managers and carry goals into the weekly reporting.
  • Deduction Reporting
    • Manage the weekly deduction reporting cycle and work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
    • Gain stakeholder feedback to understand needs for future reporting, and drive adoption of PowerBi as a source.
    • Build and Manage Centralized Purge Placeholder Model to help forecast impact of deductions to the account level.
  • Customer Contribution Statement (CCS) Support
    • Work with Stakeholder Groups to understand requirements and build visualization and data needs for CCS.
    • Work with Enable Hub to Change/Alter Dashboards to continually drive utilization of reporting.
  • Additional projects as required
  • Continuously drive system enhancements and automation
Working Relationships
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Division Sales Finance, Field Finance Managers, Decision Support and trade management system’s COC.
  • Exposure and reporting relationships with RGM Execution and leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business or Sales Analysis in accounting or Finance area is required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in Consumer Goods company/industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to react to quick changes in an evolving environment
  • Strong data management skills and ability to ensure accuracy in management of data
  • Excellent inter-personal communication with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Self-starter that shows initiative that can quickly learn the specifics of customer and sales finance.
SPECIFIC:
  • Advanced skills in Excel is required
  • Experience building visualizations with PowerBI is strongly preferred
  • Strong desire and openness to learn and adapt to next gen technology solutions. PowerApps, Data verse, Power query.
  • Comfortable in putting together large sets and build visualization of data for reporting and analysis purposes.
