Responsibilities •Assist Portfolio Manager in day-to-day operations of the association property.
•Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
•Manage resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
•Ensure compliance with association rules and regulations.
•Assist in budget planning and financial management.
•Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
•Assist in organizing and facilitating association meetings.
•Maintain accurate records of correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions.
Qualifications •Prior experience working with HOAs/Condo Associations is highly preferred.
•Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management software.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
•Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for association events or emergencies.
