- Pick material per work order requirements
- Communicate material amount picked to Material Receiving
- Prepare the correct amount of blended material using the ratio chart and work order
- Move material to press in a timely manner to allow for proper loading and drying time
- After mold and/or material change make sure presses are blown off and wiped off and the underneath is blown out and that everything thing is swept up and picked up
- Make sure that a clean grinder is available for the Press prior to start up
- Prepare barrels and gaylords for reuse
- Return material to warehouse return aisle when job is complete
- Remove green tags from production to staging area
- Complete required forms and labels
- Forklift use
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work voluntary overtime occasionally.
- Must be willing to come in early and/or stay over to support vacation/call-off coverage.
- Must be available for training on 8-4:30 shift.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Material Mixing
- Material Handler procedures, forms and labels
- Work Order Material requirements
- Hoppers and Material container cleaning
