Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $16 per hour

NERUS Strategies LLC is a fast growing media company specializing in the management of "best of" contests for our media partners nationwide. With over 55 contests across the United States and Canada, including our flagship local contest "The Best of the Willamette Valley," we are dedicated to recognizing excellence and fostering community engagement amongst small and medium sized businesses.

Job Description:
As a Customer Relationship Manager at NERUS Strategies LLC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team in identifying, vetting, and nurturing leads to drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our innovative media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vet leads with a focus on revenue potential, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Research and gather contact information for potential leads, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify leads that can be consolidated under the same parent company, optimizing efficiency in outreach efforts.
  • Handle occasional calls from clients, providing professional and prompt assistance as needed.
  • Respond to sales-related support emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor responses to email blasts and conduct A/B testing to identify effective strategies for engagement.
  • Follow up on organic leads, prioritize based on relevance, and escalate to the sales team for further action.
  • Proactively prospect new leads from diverse sources, expanding our network and market reach.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the sales team leadership, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
