We are a small, values-based financial planning company located in SE Salem that strives to excel in customer service. We are searching for an organized and friendly person with a positive, helpful attitude to join our tight knit team. Our office is a professional and conservative environment and we are looking for an in-person position. We are an at-will employer.

Position Title & Brief Description:

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

The primary role of this position is to assist the advisors with client account-related matters, for both new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate would be very detail-oriented, able to process paperwork efficiently, and interact well with clients and various investment companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process all applications, transfer paperwork, checks and account maintenance forms daily
• Make and field follow-up phone calls for pending account-related transactions
• Maintain and update information in databases and spreadsheets
• Comply with industry rules and regulations
• Assist Planners & Paraplanner as needed
• Cross-trained to cover front desk/receptionist position if needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and databases
• Experience working in Salesforce, Egnyte, Orion preferred
• Experience working in a professional or financial office environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Position Details/Salary:

Full-time-Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm

Starting salary: $24-26/hr, depending on experience

Eligible for 401K and profit sharing after 1 year
