Neptune Retail Solutions is currently seeking a entrepreneur-minded individual for the position of Market Director. This role is responsible for the successful leadership and management of all Area Managers and In-Store Representatives ensuring in-store programs are successfully executed within a specified geography.
Location: Remote in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky
Responsibilities include:

• Deliver compliance and completion targets for in-store programs across your specified geography.
• Lead a team of 8 – 13 Area Managers ensuring frontline quality, effectiveness, integrity, and implementation of Neptune Retail Solutions programs.
• Manage your region’s recruiting, training, and retention through collaboration with the recruiting and training teams.
• Achieve staffing and retention goals for the fiscal year.
• Implement field change projects to deliver growth and drive efficiencies.
• Maintain your market budget through strategic planning.
• Proactively anticipate and solve problems and situations as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a management role
• Strong independent problem-solving ability
• Ability to remotely work and manage a variable workforce across multiple states
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Very strong attention to detail and extremely organized
• Strong interpersonal and professional skills
• Able to leverage financial and data analytics to drive decisions
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to complete a background check post offer
