We are looking for top talent to make significant contributions to our products, technology, and customers.Time & Attendance Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing our Time and Attendance software.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Learn, understand and execute NEOGOV’s Implementation & Configuration practices.Become an SME of NEOGOV Time & Attendance module.Configure the NEOGOV solutions, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype systems, testing and best practices guidance.Partner with internal and external partners to ensure cross-functional needs are met; develop and convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to various audiences.Identify and implement system improvement and process improvement opportunities in NEOGOV HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance).Participating in annual training, NEOGOV’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 10%)
