As an Architect you will define and maintain the technical vision, and help the teams deliver new features and capabilities to several of our SaaS products 

• Define and maintain the overall vision & strategic direction for projects and architecture within our Neogov suite of products

• Stay ahead of the latest technology trends and best practices to incorporate innovation into the company’s products

• Ensure the SaaS platform is optimized for performance and scalability, addressing any bottlenecks and ensuring the system can handle growth in users and data

• Advocate for and implement automation in the development and testing processes to enhance efficiency

• Mentor and guide architects and senior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Create and maintain technical roadmaps for the software architecture, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives and strategy

• Design and implement architectures and technologies with security at the forefront, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards such as FedRAMP

• Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills

What You Have

• 2 years of experience as a Software Lead or Architect in a SaaS company

• 10 years of software development experience using C#, .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript

• Proficiency in both on prem and cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) is preferred 

• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
