Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Senior Aviation Military Analyst (Weapons and Munitions)

Background:

Army Aviation - AH-64E Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive technical and operational experience of current weapons, munitions, and launchers. Staff planning and operational experience planning Attack, Reconnaissance, and/or Air Assault missions. Staff planning and operational experience with aviation weapons for Army Aviation - Attack, Reconnaissance, and Air Assault operations.

The SME needs understanding of and ability to provide detailed analysis/sub-analysis to team members regarding operational employment of Army Aviation Reconnaissance and Attack capabilities and quickly identify operational gaps needing closure. Must be capable of independent work based on broad senior level guidance to produce completed white papers, concept papers, requirements documents, operational views, and other written products as required within the scope of the task order. Must be able to review and edit products to ensure they are written at the graduate level prior to delivery to the government with only minor edits required by the government.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum required rating - Current or former AH-64E rated Senior Army Aviator with at least fifteen (15) years of Aviation flight/combat operations.
• Five years' experience working in capability management/combat developments.
• Must have a complete working knowledge/understanding of Army Aviation operations and employment.
• Experience with JCIDS Process, CONOPS Development, CBA Process, and a thorough understanding of the Army and Joint Concepts, especially the Army Concept Framework.
• Experience as an AH-64E Standardization Officer, Aviation Master Gunner (MG), in Army organizations responsible for training and implementation of weapons, munitions and Aviation Survivability equipment (ASE).
• Minimum military education - CGSC/ILE or Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course, or civilian equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AH-64E Master Army Aviator.
• Experience as an AH-64E Standardization Officer, Aviation Master Gunner (MG), Maintenance Officer/Examiner, or Tactical Operations (TACOPS) Officer.
• Experience in planning, executing, and facilitating Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Experience as a Team Lead conducting Aviation studies and/or operational test events with experience in developing capabilities and evaluating technologies.
• Experience authoring a Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved JCIDS document.

Defense Acquisition University Courses completed within 30 days of employment:

• CLR 250 CBA
• CLR 151 AoA
• CLR252 Developing Performance Attributes
• RQM 1010 Joint Cap Integration
• RQM 1100 Core Concepts for Requirements
• CLC 004 Market Research

Security Clearance:

• Secret clearance required.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours 0730 to 1630, or as established by the Director. The facility is closed during federal holidays, local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Place of Performance: The primary work location is in-office at Fort Novosel, AL.

Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.
