• Oversee strategy and execution of the paid search, SEO, email and marketing automation channels to ensure channel goals are met and align with company initiatives
• Collaborate with internal, vendor, and agency partners to optimize campaigns and drive profitable incremental sales

• Educate internal teams on A.D. STARR marketing initiatives in an effort to ensure all cross-functional partners understand the B2B use case and who our target market is.
• Keep up with industry best practices through networking, webinars, trainings, etc. and communicating learnings to the team
