Growth Marketing Manager

A fast-growing, consumer-focused fintech is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale its marketing function following a recent acquisition. This is a hands-on, senior IC role with the opportunity to shape growth strategy, rebuild the acquisition funnel and attribution, and drive subscriber growth ahead of a major product launch.

Working closely with senior leadership and external agency partners, you'll help establish the foundations for scalable, data-driven growth in a lean, entrepreneurial environment backed by a well-established financial services group.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth marketing strategy, with a focus on customer acquisition, subscriber growth and conversion.
• Rebuild and optimize the marketing funnel, improving visibility across acquisition channels and customer journeys.
• Improve attribution, measurement and performance reporting to understand channel effectiveness and drive data-led decisions.
• Manage and optimize external agency partnerships, setting clear performance goals and holding partners accountable for results.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, test new channels and scale effective growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support product launches and broader commercial objectives.
• Help establish the processes, tools and foundations needed to scale the marketing function over time.

Experience & Skills

• Approximately 7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or a closely related discipline.
• Strong experience driving measurable growth within a consumer-focused business.
• Demonstrable expertise in acquisition funnels, marketing attribution, analytics and performance measurement.
• Experience managing agencies and translating business objectives into clear growth targets.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance and inform strategy.
• A hands-on approach, comfortable setting strategy while also getting into the detail of execution.
• Experience in fintech is advantageous, but broader consumer marketing experience is equally relevant.
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor in a lean, evolving environment, with the opportunity to help shape the future marketing team.
