Nelson Mullins is in search of a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Litigation group in the Columbia, South Carolina office. This is an opportunity for an associate to join an expanding and fast-paced practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

We Know You

You have at five to eight years of meaningful experience in consumer or commercial litigation in a law firm setting. You are able to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, and manage discovery investigations and productions. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills as well as strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management and working with clients, and you are ready to take the lead. You are admitted to the South Carolina Bar.
