Position Summary
Responsible formanagement of existing and new client accounts for FCFC. Primary liaison to LPL Financial for existingand new client case management; including coordinating paperwork required toproperly maintainLPL investment accounts and outside investmentaccounts. Management includes allaspects of coordination with the advisors on asset management, trading andperformance reporting.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
·Open new client accounts and process cashreceived for new accounts.
·Maintain all required paperwork on existingclient accounts.
·Oversee trading and transfers and other tradingfunctions within client accounts at the direction of advisors.
·Oversee distributions from client accounts andacquisition of assets from transferring institutions.
·Communicate with clients for required informationneeded to complete account opening and ongoing management at the direction ofadvisors.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years relatedexperience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Effective oral and written communication skills.
·Ability to compute basic to moderately complexmath calculations.
·Basic problem-solving and analyticalskills. Ability to interpret a varietyof instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
·Proficiency in using personal computers andoffice products (e.g., Word, Excel). Familiarity with report–writing or spreadsheet software preferred.
·Familiarity with LPL’s operating platform (ClientWorks)and Redtail CRM preferred.
