Nelson Mullins is seeking an E-Billing Assistant with 3 years of experience to join a large law firm with multiple offices across the US. You’ll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well! Handling a busy in-box, you’ll be responsible for submitting ebills, working directly with our attorneys and their administrative assistants.
This is an on-site position, with optional work-from-home one day per week other than at year-end.
The Accounting Department handles the needs of our law offices across the country. You’ll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well! You will submit electronic invoices (LEDES) via BillBlast or manually via client specific ebilling sites, set up and manage client ebilling accounts in BillBlast and third-party vendor ebilling sites. You will submit timekeepers and rates for approval, review billing guidelines and maintain billing instructions to assure special ebilling requirements are met. This will also include, reviewing and resolving ebilling issues as needed.
You have a proven track record of utilizing your billing experience to contribute to the team's success. You possess advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You excel at multitasking, prioritize customer service, and understand that organization, attention to detail, and professionalism are crucial for achieving success. As a team player with a strong work ethic, you are eager to learn and grow.
