Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up residential construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all field activities, including planning, organizing, and executing the project according to specifications, budget, and schedule.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of the project.
Oversee all field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to the project plan and specifications.
Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
Document daily activities, production levels, and site visitors.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Procure construction permits from local authorities.
Ensure all required materials and equipment are ordered and present on each project site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software
