We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our team. The Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plant/industrial/manufacturing maintenance, within the manufacturing sector (extruded plastics experience preferred).
We are looking for a skilled “hands-on” Industrial Maintenance Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of our production and down-stream equipment. As Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.
To ensure your success, you should have advanced mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery, excellent troubleshooting skills, electrical experience, and good time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assisting with the PM Program, developing PM's, assigning the work & tracking completion of preventative maintenance tasks.
· Reviews work orders to determine schedules, sequences, and assignments of work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel
Experience required:
· Familiar with safe working practices regarding electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and repairs. Must be familiar with equipment de-energizing and the Lock-out, Tag-out system.
· Have your own general, diagnostic hand tools. Specialty heavy tools will be supplied.
