Salary: $72,800 - $99,760 - based on a full-time, 40 hour work week. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
RN Tuition Reimbursement Potential
Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for registered nurses, up to 60% repayment of qualified student loans directly related to a nursing degree. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed. RNs who are granted reimbursement are required to fulfill a two year, full time commitment to maintain eligibility. Additionally, there is potential for an additional 25% repayment for a third year commitment.
This position offers a sign-on bonus for external hires, paid in installment's throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
