Managers will be on-site daily Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. They will be conducting interviews for all positions!

The Pastry Cook is:

• Applicants should have at least 1 years’ experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are familiar with traditional pastry techniques (ice cream production, lamination sugar work) and comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily. Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
