Summary: The Superintendent for Project Management is responsible for the daily activities of maintaining the facilities and or/office spaces, including repairs and inspections. Work with maintenance and housekeeping staff in maintaining logs books, conduct inspections and maintains vendor relations to ensure facility or office spaces and compliance. Collaborate with Directors and Administrators to ensure maintenance plans are set according to long term facility goals, federal, state and city regulations.
