Overview:

Needwood Golf Course is seeking Part Time Help with Basic Custodial/Janitorial Duties. Basic Cleaning, Vacuuming Facility, Dusting, Up-keep of Bathrooms, Dining and Patio Areas. Flexible Schedule, Part-time work, 3-4 Hours per shift. Up to 20 Hours per week.

Proficiency in the English Language, Required.

We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Cleaning Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways
- Perform floor care duties including mopping
- Assist in industrial cleaning tasks as needed
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed

Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, brooms, floor mops, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good physical health to perform tasks that may involve lifting and bending
