Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking full-time and part-time Custodians to support its contract to provide facility operations, maintenance, and janitorial support located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring MD . Position requires cleaning and maintaining interior and exterior areas.
The following shifts are available:
1. Sunday Through Friday: 9:00 pm-6:00 am (Full-time)
2. Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 pm-9:00 pm (Part-time)
3. Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 am-3:00 pm (Part-time)
4. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9pm - 6am (Part-time)
·Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial cleaning.
·Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and working with all-purpose cleaning.
·Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience highly desired.
·Must be able to obtain/maintain access to the facility.
