About the role:Primary tasks of this role will include prepping flowers for joints and extraction, making joints, and packaging concentrates. Eventually, you will be trained on all aspects of the lab duties including pressing, freeze drying, washing, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker’s Permit before starting.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Capable of performing numerous different, repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Open availability is preferred.
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner / Adaptability
- Punctuality and good time management.
- Cleanliness and organization in the workplace
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Capable of keeping a consistent pace for long hours
- College Experience and/or Degree
- Basic lab safety knowledge
- METRC experience
- Production/Manufacturing experience
- Cannabis industry experience
- The starting pay for this role is $18/hour.
- Pay Increase after training to $20/hour (6 months or less)
