Necco is Hiring a Learning and Development Administrator Near Cincinnati, OH

Position Summary:

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Learning and Development Administrator. This role will add the most value to the company by supporting the Learning Management System (LMS), material development, data analysis, reporting, and general support for Learning and Development initiatives.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

LMS Management

● Ensure the integrity of the LMS through learner management and daily updates

● Serve as the primary contact for learner inquiries related to the LMS, offering guidance and support as needed

● Collaborate with IT, vendor and other stakeholders regarding LMS issues

● Support L&D Learning and Development initiatives including reporting, material development and other administrative needs

Administrative Duties Provide daily LMS support to ensure system accuracy and efficiency

● Update training plans and course materials as directed

● Utilize the LMS’s capabilities to provide the best learner experience, including timely course enrollment, reports, and audit support

● Address learner inquiries, offer troubleshooting assistance, and collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve issues effectively

● Drive LMS adoption by providing support to new hires and fostering a positive relationship with vendors to maximize value

L&D Support

● Support the creation and update of materials to maintain quality and accuracy

● Provide administrative support as needed including reports and data analysis

● Collaborate with the team, offering feedback on learning initiatives and supporting various projects as needed

Position Qualifications

● High school degree (Associate degree or higher preferred)

● One to three years’ experience with LMS application support

● Proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft programs

● Basic understanding of e-learning, adult learning theory a plus

● Valid driver’s license and 100/300/100 required auto insurance coverage

● Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills

● Successful completion of all required criminal background checks

● Travel/training willingness
