Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Laundromat Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy laundromat. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly service, while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
-Supervise and schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and service.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
-Oversee maintenance and repair of laundry machines and equipment.
-Manage inventory of supplies, including detergents, cleaning products, and change for machines.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Train new employees and conduct ongoing staff training and development.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundromat at all times.

-Work well with current staff and established schedules

-Must be able to speak and read English.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on laundry equipment with training.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business management is a plus

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-2pm

Schedule must be flexible to fill in for staff at a moments notice. ​
