Neave Group Outdoor Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Construction Laborer/Driver to work on the installation of commercial and residential hardscape projects in the Wappingers Falls, NY area. This is a year-round position with continued work during the winter in snow or holiday lighting/décor, and plenty of overtime available during busy season for the right individual.

What you’ll do as the Construction Laborer/Driver:

• Work on installation of hardscape/construction projects
• Install patios and walkways-concrete, stone and pavers
• Install boulder walls and retaining walls – segmental and natural
• Install plants, drainage, and fire pits
• Operate skid steers, excavators and leaders
• Shoot elevations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

• At least 2 years of experience installing hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and walls
• Experience operating equipment-skidsteers, excavators, loaders
• Clean, valid NYS drivers license; CDL preferred
• Technology savvy; comfortable using a smart tablet
• Must be able to lift 100lbs
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish desired
