About the Role
The Accounting team is looking for a Senior Subgrants Administrator who will provide coordination for country-based teams, headquarters-based regional staff, and the institute-wide Subgrants team on the development, issuance, and monitoring of subgrants. In addition, the Senior Subgrants Administrator will guide and support regional subgrants personnel.

This position offers an anticipated salary range of approximately $78,600 - $98,300.
Additional Information:
While there may be flexibility for remote/hybrid work environment and to comply with tax and legal obligations, successful candidates must be residents of MD, DC, or VA, or relocate prior to the start of employment at NDI.
This is a union position to be represented by the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU) Local 2.
