Junior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented designer with exceptional creativity and communication skills to join our team. The position requires 3 years of experience. The Jr. architectural designer must be highly motivated and can work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing layouts and detailing drawings as necessary for various types of projects.
• Produce architectural drawings, renderings, 2D and 3D presentations/design drawings.
• Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others.
• Work with the project team to execute projects on time and within budget cost and quality constraints.
• Coordinate with project architects and engineers.
• Become familiar with building and life safety codes and their correct application.
• Select fabrics, lighting, furniture, and finishes that are consistent with the design aesthetic.
• Request vendor quotes and generate proposals for client approval.
• Attending client meetings and site visits.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Architecture degree
• Minimum experience 3
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and V-Ray.
• A strong and diverse design portfolio is essential.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to develop existing client relationships and establish new ones.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• A willingness to travel, as required.

• Spanish is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
