Maintenance, repair, installation and operation of heating, venting, air conditioning and refrigeration systems (generally designated as HVAC/R) and the associated auxiliary equipment, controls, components and hydronic systems that would be found in a commercial, industrial or large university setting.This position requires a highly skilled trades person working at an advanced level, proficient in HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing/pipe fitting and general building maintenance as required within the maintenance service zone(s) and may function in a team leader, technical trainer or supervisory capacity at times.
