Scrum Master Project Manager

Do you want to make tangible contributions in a fast-paced startup? NCS Analytics (NCS) is a RegTech company providing real-time monitoring to governments and financial institutions regulating cash-intensive businesses. We implement our predictive analytics engine to deliver insights through our SaaS platform, where regulators are armed with the information they need in an easy-to-use format.

Position Summary:

This role is a servant leader, who is responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by one or more Scrum teams. Looking for a dynamic and organized professional with experience delivering milestones on time and managing customer's expectations. Must be experienced with the Agile methodology. Excellent communication and presentation skills required along with experience using Atlassian products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead several internal development teams in using Agile methodologies and scrum practices

- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies

- Manage dependencies between teams

- Help the product owner and stakeholders achieve customer satisfaction

- Remove impediments to keep sprints moving forward

- Maintain a schedule to manage scrum meetings encouraging on time delivery

- Provide visibility to into team delivery plans and progress

- Track time and productivity for the development team

Requirements:

- Relevant Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSP

- Prior experience on a scrum team

- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

- Experience with successful Agile techniques

- Ability to work with and lead a team

- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment

- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

We Offer:

Salary Range: $70,000-85,000/year, depending on experience.
