Title: Learning & Leadership Development Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
NCR Voyix is taking talent development, learning, leadership, and culture & experience to the next level! We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Leadership Development Manager who will help bring our development practices to life. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering leadership excellence and driving organizational growth through learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
The Learning & Leadership Development Manager will help design and implement learning and leadership development strategies across the globe. This position will lead our learning and leadership strategies end-to-end, including strategy creation, content development, and experience design and deployment. This position will also play a key role in understanding internal needs, understanding external best practices, measuring success, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree
• 5 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning or leadership development programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time
• Strong project management skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Growth mindset with passion to continuously learn
• Ability to work through ambiguity.
