NCDS is Hiring a Case Administrator Near Dallas, TX

Founded in the 1980s, National Center for Dispute Settlement, LLC (“NCDS") administers Automotive Warranty, Real Property Disclosure, and Financial Disputes, as well as Arbitration Programs for Class Action Settlements. Due to our growth in case volume, we are seeking to add a Case Administrator (CA) in our Dallas, TX office which is conveniently located near Coit Road and 635 LBJ Freeway. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CA will initially learn the business as a support resource to our Case Administration Team, then eventually be assigned a dedicated client or client region caseload.

The CA is responsible for the (i) administration of auto warranty arbitration cases pursuant to program rules and quality metrics set forth by the company and its automotive manufacturer clients, (ii) correspondence with parties and/or their legal representatives, and (iii) providing a high level of customer service. Working with NCDS will advance your technology and customer service skill sets.

While no prior industry or case management experience is required, the ideal candidate will have (i) some customer care experience, (ii) high organizational, time management and communication skills, (iii) a strong work ethic, and (iv) a desire to learn and accept new responsibilities in a professional, team based work environment.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DALLAS, TEXAS. ONLY LOCAL APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Administer vehicle warranty arbitration and other dispute resolution programs.

· Respond to clients’ and/or parties’ needs in a timely manner regarding specific case questions and issues.

· Receive, verify, and set-up claims in case management system, disseminate acknowledgment letters, rules, documents and case packages to all parties, including Arbitrators.

· Assign and prepare case administration for neutrals, and follow up with neutrals to obtain case status and record hearing results. Disseminate results and/or awards to all parties.

· Prepare correspondence to parties and their representatives.

· Maintain claim status in case management system at all times.

· Adhere to guidelines set forth by the company, including ethical guidelines.

· Perform other special projects or duties assigned by Supervisor.

Skill Requirements:

· Previous customer care or contact center experience or professional office experience is ideal.

· Highly organized, excellent time management and communication skills.

· Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

· Superior desktop computer skills and prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

· Ability to think through and solve day-to-day issues that may arise pertaining to scheduling of hearings or submission of evidence.

· Ability to work in a team environment and develop/maintain a professional customer service based relationship with clients, vehicle owners, and fellow team members.

Educational Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or Business or equivalent work experience required.

· This is a full-time, non-exempt, 40 hour per week position with an hourly rate of $18.50 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and education plus an annual performance bonus.

· Must be able to work an 8-hour shift M-F between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Current hybrid work schedule with 2-days work required in the office and 3-days work remote.
