NC Water Heaters is looking for the BEST Business Development and Marketing Associate to join our team in our Raleigh office. Not just any associate, our ideal candidate will have knowledge with trade (plumbing, electrical, and/or home remodeling) terminology and nuances related to the field to ensure the highest level of success with our customer base. This person will maintain and gain business relationships as well as keep marketing efforts consistent and successful.
Our ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every interaction. This position in full time in the office but expect to be out in the field locally 50% of the time. Don't worry, the office is super comfortable with a full kitchen, awesome decor and great break room. We even bring our well behaved dogs to work! This position is part of a team who work together to maintain a high level of success in the organization.
Responsibilities :

• Manage customer relationships - Identify, grown and maintain new business relationships and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Marketing - Develop and execute marketing programs to focus on client engagement, brand awareness and sales.
• Reporting - Participate in group meetings, contribute routine statistics and execute quarterly goals.
• Track interactions in CRM - Record client interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 years proven experience in business development and marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for relationship building
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM system
