We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an NC License Plate Agency Title

Clerk in Greenville NC. The ideal candidate will be a North Carolina Public Notary and will assist customers in processing vehicle title transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations. This role involves administrative tasks related to vehicle title registrations, transfers, and other DMV-related services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle title transfers, registrations, and other DMV-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify documents for completeness and accuracy in accordance with state guidelines.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle titles and registration procedures.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all transactions processed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on state regulations and procedures related to vehicle titles and registrations.

Requirements:

• Must be a North Carolina Public Notary.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing paperwork.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
