Prior customer service, management, and cleaning experience or equivalent experience with the ability to learn quickly!

You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Once you’ve enjoyed training in the Molly Maid process, you’ll provide support to the teams that will deliver exceptional service customers.

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $38,000 - $40,500 a year plus bonus opportunities and is dependent on experience.

As an Office / Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
• Operational tasks - Grow and retain customers by creating connections with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Perform marketing and sales – Drive team engagement and follow through on processes to meet set goals.
• Build our culture and team – Interview, hire, and train individuals to exceed customer expectations and enhance the work environment.
• Be a brand ambassador – Respond, resolve, and follow-up with customers, schedule estimates and be ready to jump in where needed.

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must speak English and Spanish fluently
• Complete a background check
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, training, customer service, or office management or equivalent
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5pm.
